Descripción general del proyecto RETAIN ME
Las habilidades de trabajo remoto entre la población mayor no son tan frecuentes como lo son dentro de la fuerza laboral más joven de inmigrantes digitales y nativos digitales. Estos trabajadores mayores necesitan una oportunidad para desarrollar habilidades clave para el trabajo remoto si quieren mantenerse activos en la fuerza laboral.
