As competências de trabalho remoto entre a população mais velha não são tão predominantes como na população imigrante digital mais jovem e nativa digital. Estes trabalhadores mais velhos precisam de uma oportunidade de construir competências-chave para o trabalho à distância, se quiserem permanecer ativos no mercado de trabalho.
